I love this place! The service is wonderful, the Camerones Aguachiles Verdes are delicious.
Thank you, Maria! We'll be back. -

We went to try out this new place in Quincy and were disappointed. We were a large group and our waiter did a great job but from the time we got there to the time we got our food was well over an hour. And when our food did start to come out it didn't come out all at once (or even close to that). One person in our party completely finished their entire plate before the last person in our group got their food. The quality of the food was fine but just the wait was so long that I'd be hesitant to go back....
On a positive note though, the corn tortillas appear to be homemade and those were delicious. -

It was my wife's and my first visit to our newest restaurant in Quincy and we were VERY pleased. We appreciate the traditional Mexican restaurants that we love here in town, but El Meson has a little more upscale feel to it that you can get outside of the norm. The food and service was great. We totally enjoyed a phenomenal Seafood Chimichanga with rice and beans that we will DEFINITELY be returning for in the near future. They do provide chips, salsa and curtido (cabbage relish) while waiting. They actually brought us a double helping while we were waiting. (SWEET!)

This place was overpriced even for a Mexican restaurant. The food was decent at best, everything tasted microwaved. The wait was also extremely long even with very few patrons

Went here when it just opened and was not very impressed with the food. The bathroom and restaurant was very clean. I was craving camarones a la Diabla so that's what I order. My friend and I waited almost an hour for our food when there was only about 8 ppl in the restaurant. They also had ran out of horchata for the day :( My poor camarones were flavorless and my rice tasted old. The handmade tortillas were great. May be stopping by soon to see if the cooks are now up to speed
